WARRANTY: For passenger vehicle : 2 years/40,000 km on ceramics Hose: 1 year/20,000 km. On commercial vehicles: 3 months/5,000 km. In order for the warranty to be honored, THE CATALYST MUST NOT BE MELTED, CLOGGED, CRACKED, OR DAMAGED and the installer must indicate the customer name and address, brand, model and mileage of the vehicle on the service invoice. Proof of failed emissions test will be required. The manufacturer may require proof that the vehicle’s engine has been tuned to the manufacturer’s original specifications and properly maintained. Repairs and replacements made under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period and do not absorb replacement costs (work) incurred by the customer. If the product is returned prior to the expiration of the warranty period, the manufacturer (at its option) will repair or replace the product. This warranty will be void if the product is damaged as a result of negligence or improper installation (e.g., uninstalled mounting bracket), unauthorized repair or modification, or if the installation was not properly followed.
